During our maintenance window 20:00 to 0:00 (CET) on the 6/12/2022 the system experienced a downtime period that was not planned.
Although during server update there may be sporadic interruptions of few seconds due to switchover of systems, in this case we experienced a total downtime of 6 minutes.
The incident was caused by an automatic failover procedure on a highly loaded server that took longer then expected leading to a temporary downtime of the environment.
The problem has been fixed and all services are now fully operational.
