[SOLVED] Provider-related issues are affecting our services

We are aware of certain provider-related issues affecting our Data Center. We are monitoring the situation.

  • Our service experienced an outage due to ongoing issues with our server provider. While the problem is still under investigation, we have restored the service.

  • The provider has resolved the technical issue. We are currently monitoring the infrastructure to ensure that the system is fully restored.
